Purpose
Applied project management step 2 focuses on the realization and completion of projects. The purpose is to equip you as a project manager for the challenging situations that may arise.
Course objectives
Following the course, you can:

- use visualization techniques to illustrate progress

Format
We use exercises, skills training, role play, discussion and reflection to support learning and to establish new behaviors. In connection with the training, a digital learning platform is used to support the training periods. Here we use projects from the participants’ own businesses to practice.
Prior knowledge
We recommend that you have taken our course Applied Project Management or equivalent basic training, preferably with a few years of experience in project work.
Target group
The course is aimed at those who have some experience of project work, such as project managers, sub-project managers and line managers.
Scope
Three full days, 27 hours, then a separate work period for about 3 months and a final coaching meeting of about two hours.
